Sports taught me discipline and consistency. Business taught me leadership and strategy. Life taught me perseverance and resilience. All this showed me the power of teamwork and commitment.
Along the way, I dealt with the passing of my partner when she was 37. That led me to pause and reflect on what truly mattered most.
With my daughter by my side, I knew I needed a shift. My love for God and family pushed me to stop settling for “good enough” and to start pursuing what I truly loved.
That’s why I do what I do today. I help people and organizations move beyond mediocrity and step into their greatness with clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
